Description

Looking for a unique cross country skiing experience in a pristine winter landscape? How about skiing into a remote wood heated cabin deep in the mountains and basing out of there for 5 days while you do day trips exploring the vast wilderness and evenings using the wood heated sauna. We have a mix of track set trails (classic style) and non-track set trails.  Snowshoeing is also available.  Fishing is excellent in the winter and skiing and ice fishing are easily combined.  Ask about ski plane rates as flying directly into the backcountry and landing right on the frozen lake with skiis is an option to make it the ultimate backcountry ski trip.

This trip requires at least 2 people for 5 days.  Good physical fitness is also required for this trip.
