Description
Omineca Wild Ranch beef is naturally raised and grass fed. No steroids or growth hormones are used. Butchering occurs once a season during the fall at a government licensed and inspected facility. Beef is pre-ordered and a 50% deposit is taken on order based on the typical weight of that cut of beef. Prices include cutting, wrapping and freezing of the meat. The beef is aged a minimum of 14 days prior to cutting. Prices listed are estimates based on the average hanging weights of our cattle at 16-18 months of age when they are butchered. Pickup will be at a central location in Prince George, buyers will be contacted on location and time 1 week ahead of pickup.
